1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bk45 website accessible at https://bk45.io, including all associated pages, subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any applications made available by bk45.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bk45 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player through an approved payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency accepted on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Platform prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed in Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and multi-accounting.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an Account or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

2.3 If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

2.4 bk45 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 14 for further detail on amendments.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh;
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform;
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform;
• You are not a current or former employee of bk45 or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

3.4 bk45 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4 Account Management

4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bk45 will never contact you to request your password.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bk45 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bk45 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). bk45 may at any time request documentary proof of identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days; and confirmation of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bk45 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts or to close them after providing 30 days' advance notice to the registered email address.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Funds balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via one of the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bk45 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payments made on behalf of another person.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bk45 does not apply any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which bk45 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the Account and which has been successfully verified during KYC review. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. bk45 targets processing times of one to four hours for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

bk45 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. In the event that a withdrawal is found to have been funded wholly or partially by Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements, bk45 reserves the right to deduct the unmet bonus portion from the withdrawal amount.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bk45 does not operate multi-currency accounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 bk45 offers various promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering contributions may differ by game type; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a rate lower than 100% towards wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Abuse of bonus offers, including through multi-accounting or coordinated betting strategies, constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.

6.4 bk45 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at its discretion if it reasonably suspects that the offer is being exploited or misused. Any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from suspected abuse may be forfeited.

6.5 Bonus funds are used before Real Money Funds when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified. Players may opt out of receiving bonus funds by contacting [email protected] before making a deposit.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 All casino games available on the bk45 Platform operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are provided as live dealer streams by certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 A wager is binding once it has been placed and confirmed by the Platform. Players may not cancel a wager once it has been accepted. In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be declared void and all wagers for that round will be returned to the respective players' accounts.

7.3 bk45 reserves the right to void any game result or wager in cases where a technical error, software fault, or incorrect odds have been published due to a manifest error. In such cases, wager amounts will be refunded.

7.4 Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or promotions. These limits, where applicable, will be published in the relevant game rules or promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding a published maximum win limit will be reduced to that limit.

8 Sports Betting

8.1 bk45 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform. Markets, odds, and availability are subject to change without notice.

8.2 All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the governing body's standard rules, bets will be settled in accordance with bk45's settlement rules published on the Platform at the time of the event.

8.3 In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time. bk45 is not responsible for the outcome of bets placed during any period of market suspension.

8.4 Odds offered on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the final odds applicable to that bet. bk45 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk45 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Colluding with other players, game dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or staking bonuses exclusively on games with minimal house edge;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without engaging in genuine gambling activity;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first contacting bk45 support;
• Using the Platform while registered on any self-exclusion list, including bk45's own self-exclusion programme;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward bk45 staff or other players.

9.2 bk45 reserves the right to take any of the following actions upon detecting Prohibited Conduct: immediate Account suspension; permanent Account closure; forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct; recovery of Real Money Funds where fraudulent payment methods were used; and referral to law enforcement agencies where criminal conduct is suspected.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the bk45 Platform, including but not limited to the bk45 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the property of bk45 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bk45.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of bk45's intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 bk45 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

11.2 By creating an Account, you consent to bk45 processing your personal data for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement.

11.3 bk45 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (including KYC verification partners and payment processors) solely as necessary to operate the Platform. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption applied to all transmissions.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk45 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, game errors, delays in payment processing, or unauthorised Account access.

12.2 bk45 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bk45's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bk45's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.4 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. bk45 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

13 Termination

13.1 bk45 may suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform, or that it is required to do so by law.

13.2 Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account may be forfeited. Verified Real Money Funds will be returned to your last verified payment method, less any amounts recoverable by bk45 in respect of the breach.

13.3 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. If you are closing your Account for responsible gaming reasons, you are encouraged to request a permanent self-exclusion rather than a simple closure, to prevent inadvertent re-registration.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bk45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bk45 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://bk45.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

15 Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bk45 operates as an online entertainment platform and complies with all applicable legal requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

15.2 Any dispute arising between you and bk45 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be submitted to bk45 in writing at [email protected]. bk45 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 28 days of receipt.

15.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
